After looking at all options, and after looking at all pros and cons, most clients elect to file bankruptcy.  For these clients, bankruptcy is the most effective, least harmful option for the client.  When done correctly, it is possible to have a very good credit score in 1-3 years.  We realize that this goes against what people hear before the meetings, but most of the negatives concerning bankruptcy are exaggerations or falsehoods.  In the meetings, we seek to clarify the misunderstandings.
