Heather Griffin has practiced law since 1992.  Heather attended UNC-Chapel Hill on a Morehead Scholarship and also received her law degree from UNC.  She has practiced bankruptcy law since 1995 and now focuses on consumer debtor representation.  Heather also has a background in real estate transactions and workers compensation law as a result of her time with Brooks, Stevens & Pope in Cary, NC.
